Reditron awarded approved repair status

Reditron was recently appointed as the only approved DM repair centre in South Africa. Ettiene Swanepoel, technical director of Reditron, says this once again clearly indicates Reditron's market leading status.

Clients that buy DM units (Sprite Multiplexers and Digital Sprite DVRs) from Reditron will now enjoy a fast turnaround on repairs and upgrades. It is no longer necessary for units to be shipped back to the UK for repair as Reditron will undertake the repairs in-house at its service centre in Johannesburg. This should result in less downtime on site and a more efficient and cost-effective service.
