Cardax has announced further options on the Cardax FT Series systems.
"Cardax FT is established as a proven system in its premium market, medium to larger networked enterprise sites. We are now extending our expertise into remote alarms management and looking to expand our distribution to deliver Cardax FT to the smaller systems market," explains Bill Gallagher, CEO for Cardax and group chief executive for parent company Gallagher Group.
The server options result in a straightforward system design process, with four options, clearly differentiated by the number of doors:
Series 3 Command Centre - 16 doors
Series 3 Command Centre - 64 doors
Series 5 Command Centre - 128 doors
Series 5 Command Centre - unrestricted.
"The Series positioning enables us to focus on the core needs of each market. For example, we can place greater emphasis on core security requirements in the less than 64 doors market, whereas for the larger systems, we have an enterprise-wide, IT-based solution," explains Gallagher.
Cardax sees remote alarms management as a core requirement for the small systems market which will be delivered as part of the next software release of the system, scheduled for the third calendar quarter this year.
All Command Centre Series options provide full support for all Cardax FT hardware, including the Cardax FT Digital Camera, and Cardax FT Intelligent Door Terminal. In addition, all Command Centre optional features are available for both Cardax FT Series 3, and Cardax FT Series 5, including Cardax FT Commander Interface, an interface to provide an upgrade path for existing Cardax sites with legacy Cardax Commander II hardware.
