John Rogers (MD of Texecom) and John Loftus (MD of Reditron) recently announced a joint venture agreement between Texecom and Reditron.
In terms of the agreement, each company will offer the other company's products from its own premises. In effect, Reditron customers can now purchase their CCTV or access control products from any Texecom outlet and Texecom clients can purchase their alarm kit from any Reditron outlet.
Issuing a joint statement, Rogers and Loftus commented on the improved service level possibilities to all of their customers. Coincidentally, Texecom and Reditron have branches in the same main centres (Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town) but in each of these cities they are at opposite sides of the city.
