Project management specialists High-Land Holdings has announced that the organisation has been awarded a number of new and lucrative projects. Two of the exciting projects include deals made with property group Ampros and computer importers and distributors, Rectron.
The Ampros project forms part of an on-going multimillion rand contract for High-Land Holdings to install and manage tenant installations from office upgrades through to equipment and environmental maintenance.
The R6 million Rectron project includes a total turnkey solution right from High-Land Holdings building the new Rectron Cape Town offices through to project management, IT and security installations and office and furniture design. Where other companies may provide building site management, office interior design or simply the implementation and management of an IT installation, High-Land Holdings boasts a full range of project management services - acting as a single point of contact for the client. These extend from interior design, the design and sale of exclusive office furniture, to communication, security and IT solutions, full installation and management services - including dedicated fiscal and supplier control and even on site supervision of a building under construction.
