Paxton enhances installer loyalty programme

Issue 4 and 5 2025 Access Control & Identity Management, News & Events

Paxton has made it easier for security installers to benefit from its popular loyalty programme, Paxton Rewards, with points now added automatically when purchasing through approved distribution partners.

Installers no longer need to scan barcodes or upload invoices. Instead, points are awarded in arrears and added directly to their account on the 20th of each month for purchases made the month prior. They can then exchange points for Paxton products, branded merchandise, and Amazon vouchers.

Dan Drayton, divisional director EMEA Sales at Paxton, said, “Paxton Rewards is designed to give back to our installers and make their experience with us even more rewarding. By automating the process, we have made it effortless to start collecting and spending points.”

The programme also rewards installers for attending training and submitting case studies, helping them build knowledge and recognition on Paxton’s website, alongside earning points.

Drayton said, “Through Paxton Rewards, our installers join our Partnership Programme. As installers move through Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers, they gain access to more benefits, from enhanced website listings and exclusive brochures to product discounts.”

How Paxton Rewards works:

• Download the Paxton Installer app for free on the App Store or Google Play.

• Purchase Paxton products through approved distribution partners.

• Points are added automatically to installers’ accounts.

• Spend points on Paxton products, branded merchandise, or Amazon vouchers.

What is new in Paxton Rewards:

• Points are added automatically for all product purchases.

• Shared mode lets teams build points collectively.

• Installers can nominate who spends the points for smoother management.
