Suprema showcases enterprise security at Integrate 360

November 2024 News & Events, Access Control & Identity Management

neaMetrics, the approved Suprema Partner in southern Africa, participated in the Gallagher Integrate 360 event where the company demonstrated Suprema’s integrated security solutions. The event, held at Harbour Arch in Cape Town, brought together top-tier security providers and technology innovators, reinforcing Suprema’s commitment to delivering high-quality, fully integrated enterprise security solutions.

Since 2006, neaMetrics, Suprema’s trusted distributor in Africa, has worked closely with Gallagher, building a robust partnership over nearly a decade. This collaboration has resulted in seamless integration between Suprema’s advanced biometric readers and Gallagher’s security management platform. At Integrate 360, visitors experienced first-hand how this integration provides unmatched functionality, combining superior access control and security management into one unified solution.

Key features highlighted at the event included:

• Biometric integration: Suprema’s range of state-of-the-art biometric readers integrated seamlessly with Gallagher’s Command Centre, offering high levels of security and operational efficiency.

• Integrated alarm events: Real-time alarm notifications are delivered directly within Gallagher’s platform, enhancing situational awareness and response times.

• Secure ODSP protocols: Enabling smooth messaging exchange between controllers and Suprema terminals, ensuring security operations are coordinated effectively.

• Mobile credentials: Mobile credentials, issued directly from Gallagher’s Command Centre, allow users to access secure areas via their mobile devices, eliminating the need for traditional access cards.

• Upcoming SIP integrated video intercom: A new feature soon to be released, integrating video intercom functionality directly with Gallagher’s command centre, further enhancing secure communication.

This powerful integration is a key differentiator for Suprema and Gallagher, positioning their joint solution as one of the leaders in enterprise-level access control. With many more new features and enhancements planned for the coming months, the collaboration continues to push the boundaries of security technology.

"We are proud to be part of Gallagher Integrate 360 and to showcase the remarkable capabilities of our integrated security solutions,” said Walter Rautenbach, the Managing Director at neaMetrics. "The feedback we received from partners, clients, and prospective clients reaffirms the importance of such powerful integration. We are excited about the continued growth of our partnership with Gallagher and the future innovations that will shape the future of enterprise security."
