SMARTpod speaks to Lytehouse about AI, with context

September 2024 Editor's Choice

SMART Security Solutions spoke to Natalie Doran, CEO of Lytehouse, about the company and its AI-supported remote monitoring service. Lytehouse develops its own AI systems to reduce false alarms in control rooms and identify people, cars etc., but there is more.

The latest enhancement Lytehouse is rolling out (announced at the SMART Security Solutions Seminar Theatre at Securex 2024) now allows the AI to understand context, reducing false alarms at an even higher rate, and allows video surveillance to be used for more than security – operations management, health and safety and more.
