The Xanadu Nature Estate, set in the Magaliesberg, offers the perfect location for secure communal living catering to the lifestyle of residents. Turnstar Systems recently installed two bicycle turnstiles at the 240-hectare estate in Hartbeespoort.
Together with the security personnel at Xandu Estate, Turnstar elected to install its new bicycle turnstile, which caters to the regular cyclists at this beautiful indigenous bushveld location. Turnstar CEO, Craig Sacks says, “Our turnstiles are designed to provide a secure and efficient access solution for cyclists while still maintaining pedestrian security.”
Alongside the pedestrian entrance is an automatic gate that ensures safe and efficient entry for cyclists, allowing just enough space for a bicycle to pass while being guided by the pedestrian. “With the in-ground loop detector, the turnstile only unlocks and opens the bicycle gate once it detects a bicycle, ensuring efficient and seamless access,” says Sacks.
Manufactured from top-quality 304-grade brushed stainless steel, the 4-arm units are not only durable but also visually appealing, perfectly complementing the estate’s aesthetic.
