Secutel offers a solution to security monitoring and management with its integrated products. By combining SecuVue and Secutraq, the company has created a system that enables users to configure analytics, facial recognition, pose detection, and XFS among others. This configuration platform works seamlessly with Secutraq, a front-end monitoring software that reports any events that occur, enabling clients to receive efficient and prompt security management services.
By integrating all static CCTV cameras into Secutraq, the reporting function becomes configurable, allowing users to set up standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate them to a team leader. This ensures that events are not missed, as team leaders can configure the system to flag an event and send an email in case of a facial recognition hit, for example.
The integration between NoKey and Visual Monitor offers more benefits, allowing for efficient and prompt security management. Visual Messenger, Secutel’s middleware, sends messages through to the Listener or Watchdog, triggering events simultaneously. This integration ensures that clients receive optimal security solutions and services.
“We offer a third way of integration through the setup of virtual ports on Visual Messenger,” explains Andre Vermeulen, Secutel’s GM. “With only four ports available on a VV, a fifth port can be set up to trigger events simultaneously when an alarm is set off on the internal build. This means that Visual Monitor and Secutraq can be triggered, and efficient security management can be achieved.”
Secutel’s integrated products offer numerous benefits, including efficient and prompt security management, prevention of missed events, and seamless communication between different systems. The solutions ensure customers receive the best security management services possible, making the company a reliable and preferred choice.
