Fidelity Services Group and National Security & Fire have concluded an agreement where Fidelity ADT will take over the monitoring and armed response of certain National Security & Fire customers from 1 October 2021.
National Security & Fire customers will now have access to one of the largest security fleets in the country. Wahl Bartmann, CEO of Fidelity Services Group, says the agreement will be particularly valuable to customers during the current uncertain times.
“It has been demonstrated that companies that have a consolidated area footprint are better positioned to provide a quality security service and we believe the integrated, proactive and robust security and guarding service in a localised community-driven environment such as these will go a long way to mitigating crime in these communities.”
Bartmann says the transition and impact on customers will be seamless with all National Security & Fire customers being able to link directly to the Fidelity ADT 24-hour emergency control centre. This may involve a new transmitter being installed, but this will be at no cost to customers. Security emergencies and the reporting of suspicious activity and alarm activations will still be managed by National Security & Fire until all transmitters have been aligned.
