VisionPass facial recognition

VisionPass is the newest addition to IDEMIA’s range of frictionless biometric access control devices. This facial recognition device offers near-motion 1-second verification through multiple angles in various lighting conditions, from darkness to bright sunlight.

Incorporating the latest anti-spoofing mechanisms by image, video and 3D masks, VisionPass ensures high levels of security and faster levels of matching accuracy for efficient business operations. The device is IP65 rated and can be deployed indoors or outdoors, whether it be wall- or gate-mounted. It is compatible with IDEMIA’s MorphoManager device management platform and plug-and-play with most access control systems.

Earlier this year, VisionPass was selected as the winner of the biometric category award in the Security Industry Association (SIA) awards. VisionPass is a reliable technology solution geared to protect premises and organisations which need access control solutions that provide a high level of security, speed and a frictionless user experience.

• Touchless face sensor visible light camera (2D), infrared camera (2D), 3D camera, caters to all skin colours.

• Mitigates hygiene concerns.

• Wide angle detection for persons of all sizes (1,20 – 2,00 m in height) and side approach.
