CCTV surveillance skills and body language training

Omega Training Academy, in conjunction with Dr Craig Donald, is holding a ‘CCTV Surveillance Skills and Body Language’ training course for company sponsored delegates who are not able to attend the usual in-company courses held by many of SA's major companies.

Delegates from management to operators will improve observational skills, have an increased ability to recognise incident risk behaviour, effectively detect crime behaviour indicators on their sites, and gain an enhanced understanding of evidence collection and surveillance strategy necessary for effective CCTV service delivery.
