Dahua Technology has released its Handheld Thermal Body Temperature Measurement Camera to help provide owners or management companies of small and medium-sized properties to better protect their residents and workers.
Featuring non-contact, rapid body temperature measurement, high resolution and timely audible alarm, this camera can be installed in office buildings, residential buildings, supermarkets and industrial parks. What’s more, the camera also supports PC clients for live views and alarms.
The DH-TPC-HT2201 offers three ways of measuring body temperature, including central point temperature measurement, auto-track of the images’ highest temperature measurement, and the AI-powered body temperature measurement with smart head detection. With AI body temperature measurement, operators can measure people’s body temperature at a distance of 0,5 to 1,5 metres, which requires no direct physical contact and thus offers less risk to operators.
The DH-TPC-HT2201 comes with a built-in buzzer. Any time someone walks by with a body temperature higher than the preset threshold (usually 37,3oC), the buzzer will automatically be triggered, and a timely audible alarm will turn on to alert operators. In addition, a screenshot of the individual with abnormal temperature will also be automatically saved in the system.
