DM goes to Dubai

Dedicated Micros has opened up a new sales office in Dubai to support the company's strong sales growth in the Middle East.

Based in Dubai Internet City in the United Arab Emirates, DM's Middle East office will support the entire Middle East and African region (excluding South Africa and French speaking nations) in addition to India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka.

The new team provides both technical and sales support alongside customer care. General manager Salim Idris comments: "Having a local office for the Middle East will significantly enhance our pre and post sales customer support, comprising of application engineering, technical assistance and customer training."
