New appointments at CA Southern Africa

Carol Ann Searra has been appointed as the managing director of CA Southern Africa, a company focused on digital transformation technologies that assist businesses to seize the opportunities presented by the application economy.

Searra’s career in the ICT industry spans over 20 years and in that time she has occupied senior executive management roles in leading technology corporations.

She joined CA Southern Africa in 2001 and previously headed up the sales division and channel partner relationships.


Andrea Lodolo.

Andrea Lodolo has been appointed as chief operations officer (COO) of CA Southern Africa. In a career that spans in excess of 35 years in the ICT arena, Lodolo has occupied senior technical and operations roles in the industry. Prior to this appointment, he was chief technology officer of CA Southern Africa. He joined CA in 1996 and has held various executive positions in the company.

In his capacity as COO, Lodolo will be responsible for the successful operations of the business and the formulation of growth strategies aimed at taking it to the next level to meet the expectations of both the company and its customers.


Michael Brink.

Michael Brink has been appointed as chief technology officer (CTO) of CA Southern Africa. Previously a solution strategist at CA, Brink was responsible for the delivery of solutions that assist organisations to increase their business agility, unlock digital growth opportunities and fast-track their digital transformation journey. He is a 20-year veteran of the technology industry, with a proven track record of success in delivering transformative technology to the marketplace.
