SALTO Systems SA partners with Training Ninja

October 2019 News & Events, Training & Education

SALTO Systems, a global manufacturer of smart access control solutions has partnered with Training Ninja, a specialist training solutions provider, to extend its training footprint to the coastal region of South Africa.

SALTO Systems SA has offered training to its African clients from its office in Johannesburg for the past six years. With its continued growth, the company was looking for innovative ways to better support its partners. One way of doing this is to skill-up new partners and their staff, and offer refresher training on new product developments.

“In South Africa we have always had difficulty managing training through online platforms, and we needed a better way of engaging our customers face to face,” explains Wouter Du Toit regional director for SALTO. “Traditionally we would dedicate our technical resources to provide training on an ad hoc basis throughout South Africa, pushing our technical response time to its limits. Outsourced training will assist SALTO to achieve quicker technical response times and increased quality.”

Du Toit says that after talking to Curt Reed, owner of Training Ninja and learning how he approaches outsourced training, “it was easy to see that our passion for offering exceptional service was aligned and that training is essential in building a successful brand.”
