Hanwha Techwin is launching a 16-channel NVR (network video recorder) capable of storing and monitoring 12-megapixel, 4K UHD videos in real time. The XRN-1610/1610S of the Wisenet X Series are two types of NVRs capable of performing video monitoring at various resolutions up to 12 megapixels as well as 180 Mbps recording capabilities supporting Full HD 16-channel real-time storing.
The newly released X Series NVR is capable of simultaneous displays of 16 channels and dual monitor support, with NVR further enhancing user convenience through remote operation and control of network cameras (video quality, masking, hallway view, etc.) independently without a PC.
In particular, XRN-1610S has a built-in PoE+ switch that supplies power without the need for a separate switch, reducing the installation cost and supporting automatic registration when connected with a camera via plug-and-play.
In addition, it supports software failover functions that prevent data loss by immediately operating other standby NVRs if recording is interrupted by a system error; thus making it a highly reliable data storage.
