On display at the upcoming ESDA road show in the Western Cape on the 29th of July, RDC is proud to have a number of their latest product range on offer. The event will be held in Cape Town, at Riverclub, c/o Liesbeek Parkway & Observatory Road, Observatory. This is a morning only event that closes at 1 pm.
First is the class leading GPRS communications-based G-TX GPRS transceiver. This powerful dual SIM operated device to provide network redundancy, has a number of easily used applications and security features. The unit provides full contact ID via the telephone interface as well as serial connection to compatible panels. There are two independent relays which can be programmed for basic home communication and automation as well as activating warning devices. The GTX can be installed anywhere within a cellular network inside South Africa as well as internationally be using the appropriate SIM cards from the service providers in the area.
The programming of this transceiver is done via G-TX Connect, an online portal which allows full access to installers as well as limited functions to end users.
Also at the show will be examples of the VHF communication range, the TX 790 series of transmitters using advanced network software that uses signal routing technology to send data along the most direct path to the D20 Base station which can also be used as a repeater. This streamlined approach makes RDC‘s network offering ideal for areas with difficult terrain or high signal traffic networks.
Last is the SMX module which replaces the very popular SMS unit. After listening carefully to the demands of our loyal customer base, we have added unique features such as up to 8 relays via an extender module, dual SIM operation, more inputs, up to 10 recipient numbers, 4 base stations and up to 64 timers. This long anticipated model is due for launch at the end of July.
