New national sales manager at Centurion

Johan Lessing has been appointed as national sales manager for South African access automation manufacturer, Centurion Systems, a position that will see him manage the sales teams of the company’s eight local branches.

Lessing was employed at Centurion as site support technician in 2002, and his technical prowess coupled with an encyclopaedic knowledge of access automation saw him take on the role of regional sales manager in 2006. Now exposed to an entirely new side of the industry, he quickly became the go-to person, with clients and staff alike seeking his advice on technical and sales matters. Voicing his excitement at once again being able to deal with clients, Lessing commented, “Centurion’s customers are always encountering interesting challenges and I get a kick out of being able to help solve those challenges. It is a match made in heaven.”
