Dragon Speed Domes from Eagle Technology are available in indoor and outdoor models. Microprocessor-controlled, they feature an integrated colour zoom camera, Swiss-made pan/tilt motors and US-made mil-spec slip rings.

The user can select preset locations or can program the system to patrol between presets for a selected time. Another feature includes zoom-speed interaction that makes the operating speed of the pan function dependent on the zoom focal length. All domes feature climate control with a heater and circulation system for anti-mist and anti-ice operation.

In addition, an optional alarm control box allows the speed dome to travel to preset positions on alarm and to notify the user of an alarm activation in the area of the speed dome. For easy integration with existing systems, a protocol converter is available which allows the dome to be installed in place of other manufacturers' equipment.
