Visitor book in the cloud

ATEC Book in a Cloud is a visitor management system centred around a wireless, handheld device which scans the vehicle registration and driver’s licence. This information is stored on a hosted server only accessible to authorised personnel, forming a secure log of all visitors who enter and exit the premises.

All solutions are accompanied by a service level agreement ensuring efficiency is maintained throughout the duration of the agreement.

* Flagging of unwanted visitors: Should a flagged person try to gain entry to the estate a notice will appear on the scanner to inform the guard not to let this person enter.

* Electronic searching: The application allows for easy search functionality in the database.

* Reporting: Clear, concise report logs are available to security personnel.

* Individual reporting: Individual reports allows you to see exactly who entered, with what vehicle and at what time.
