The Baxall DTL960E single-channel digital video recorder is a suitable VCR replacement that can be used for event recording and can also record and play-back video in the same fashion as a time lapse VCR.
The DTL960E records at speeds up to 50 pictures per second, and can record and playback multiplexed images from any of several brands of multiplexers. With an optional DAT or AIT storage system, recordings can be archived automatically for long periods of time. Using an optional CD recorder, images and clips can be saved and then opened later on a PC for printing, enhancing or sending to others.
In addition, one also can assign each DTL960E its own IP address, and by using the supplied WaveReader software, one is able watch live or recorded images from any DTL960E in a LAN or WAN.
