Kylink becomes local agent for Taiwanese manufacturer

Kylink recently announced that it has become the local representative for Taiwanese CCTV company, Hunt Electronic.

Established in 1987, Hunt Electronic specialises in the development of high-quality CCD cameras that are designed to supply a cost-effective CCTV solution. The company also provides CCTV peripherals such as switchers, mounts, pan/tilt units, quads and monitors. Hunt Electronic places considerable emphasis on R&D with 30% of the company's workforce employed in that department.

Further, the company has invested in new equipment to automate the manufacturing process, increase capacity and maintain high-quality products. Of particular interest to the local market is Hunt Electronic's fully digital CCD camera. Manufactured according to ISO9002 standard, this camera is unique in that all its functions are controlled by software. Features include automatic gain control, digital colour matrix, automatic exposure control, auto-tracing white balance, gamma correction, on-screen display built-in functions.

Already the company has enjoyed considerable growth and is looking forward to enjoying a considerable presence in the South African market.
