Accredited training

January 2014 Conferences & Events

As technology continuously evolves and new products are rapidly released into the market, the need to stay abreast of new features is becoming more and more of a survival tactic for many companies within the industry. This is best achieved by keeping up-to-date with accredited training and product notices.

Accredited training provides companies with the qualitative knowledge required to properly support their clients, thus lessening the need for more time on-site as well as additional support resources. This productive use of time and resources enables companies to meet their support targets with more positive end results. Fewer callbacks, incidents and errors occur on-site due to the increased skills and knowledge brought on by investing in training.

Powell Tronics prides itself in supporting the trade by providing various training sessions at all four of its branches nationwide. Training is often perceived as an unnecessary expense to certain companies but in its collective 50 years of experience in the industry, it has found that by equipping staff with the necessary skills, companies are able to better their service solutions to their clients with employees that are able to provide quantity and quality performance. The company has also found that end-users have more confidence in companies that have invested in accredited certification for their staff.

Powell Tronics offers a diverse range of training – from on-site operator training, in-house sales training to certified product training. It also hosts numerous accredited manufacturer product training sessions at all of its branches on a monthly basis. Training sessions are limited to a minimum number of seats per session to ensure that individual attention is available to the delegates attending. Certificates are issued to successful candidates, which add to the accreditation of the company as a whole.
