NICE opens new office in Johannesburg

NICE Systems has announced it has opened an office in Johannesburg, as part of the company’s business strategy to expand its presence in the region. By establishing a local presence, NICE will be able to deliver even better support to its customers and partners.

“We are always looking for new growth opportunities, and we’ve identified South Africa as a strategic market to grow our business in the EMEA region,” said Benny Einhorn, president of NICE EMEA. “By opening up a local office in South Africa, we will be able to better serve our customers and further strengthen our partnerships. This will also put NICE in a position to bolster the scope of our activities here and to grow our client and partner base.”
