Regal’s IPSS to merge with Reditron

IP Security Solutions (IPSS), a division of Regal, has announced it is merging with Reditron, formerly Norbain SA. The new company will be known as Reditron and will operate as an independent company within the Regal Group of companies.

Raymond Katz MD of Regal says, “Our human capital will be greatly enhanced by the joining together of both companies’ people. This will bring with it the invaluable experience of these people in the various disciplines that make up the different departments, to form a formidable team and serve our customers even better.

“Our combined world-class product offering will now include Sony, Samsung, Arecont Vision, Hikvision, Dahua, Rediview, Pelco, NUUO, IndigoVision, Heitel, Vicon, Seetec, Paxton, Saflec, iEvo, Virdi, Controlsoft and EtherWAN. Watch this space more top class brands to follow.”

The new Reditron’s branch footprint will now include Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Nelspruit with others in the pipeline.
