Evan Matthee joins Tyco (ADT)

Evan Matthee has been appointed as senior finance manager of ADT Residential and Small Business, recently renamed to the Tyco brand. He has qualifications which include a B Com (Hons) in Accounting and CTA, Chartered Accountant (SA) and Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA).

Matthee completed his CA training with Deloitte and held an audit manager position at Deloitte from 1998 to 2002. In 2003 he joined Altech Netstar as financial manager and stayed until 2008 when he moved to Zenprop Properties as divisional director – finance. In 2009 he moved back to Altech Netstar as chief financial officer.

Matthee believes he has solid skills in subscriber and security businesses and his Altech Netstar experience will assist in his role at ADT.
