Using a 360 degree lens with 5-megapixel resolution ensures no spot goes unmissed with the W8 series from Dynacolor. The camera can be configured to either present the picture in 360-degrees, 4-sector 90-degree, or two sector 180-degree views, giving the necessary flexibility for any situation. The wide coverage allows the W8 to replace two, or four cameras required to cover a whole room. POE functionality with built-in microphone and speaker ensures easy single cable installation, while quad-stream support, quad codecs and ONVIF compliance enables multiple applications. Other features include IR functionality, on-board Micro SD recording and IP66 weatherproof ability.
The camera comes with Dynacolor’s free bundled NVR software (all Dynacolor cameras require no licence for the software) and is integrated with Digi-IT’s software. The camera is easy to configure via browser-based interface, making setup a breeze.
