There are now four more high-end models in Geutebrück’s TopLine range of progressive scan IP cameras. They all come with specific features to complement Geutebrück video security systems and boost overall system performance. Besides the MJPEG and MPEG-4 compression formats, these dual-streaming cameras also support Geutebrück’s H.264 CCTV specialist security process, which unlike most H.264 implementations, plays back fluid motion video, forwards and backwards, even frame by frame, without any jerks.
Two of the new models are fixed view, day/night, dome cameras with 1/3-inch CMOS sensors and integral 2,8 mm to 10 mm zoom lenses which offer full HD+ resolution (2,7 MP/1920 x 1440 pixels). These also deliver video in full HD resolution at up to 30 fps. The TopFD-2125 model comes in a standard housing, and the TopFD-2228 has an IP66 vandal-resistant housing.
The other pair are 5-megapixel box cameras with 1/2,5-inch CMOS sensors – the TopBC-1123 being a colour camera and the TopBC-2123 a day/night camera. These both provide full resolution (5 MP/2560 x 1920 pixels) video at up to 9 fps.
Standard automatic camera features shared by all four newcomers include: white balance, exposure, electronic shutter, backlight compensation, flicker reduction and AGC. As well as electronic PTZ functions, they all support text insertion, motion detection, privacy masking and mirror functions.
