October 2019 Training & Education, Security Services & Risk Management, Transport (Industry)

ContinuitySA is once again offer its five-day Certified ISO 22301 Lead Implementer course on 18-22 November 2019. The course will take place at ContinuitySA’s Midrand facility and will provide participants with the guidance needed to develop a practical and thorough implementation plan.

“ISO 22301 was a milestone in business continuity because it provided a much-needed standards framework, and is frequently used by auditors to assess the quality and effectiveness of an organisation’s business continuity management (BCM) programme,” says Padma Naidoo, general manager: Advisory at ContinuitySA. “It’s thus vital that organisations’ BCM programmes are properly aligned with ISO 22301 in order to receive a favourable audit report.

Past attendees have praised the course for the way in which it creates an action plan that is faithful to the standard but is practical and takes the organisation’s particular circumstances into consideration.

“ContinuitySA’s Certified ISO 22301 Lead Implementer course will provide attendees with a clear methodology for putting ISO 22301 into action, and thus positioning their organisations to receive a favourable audit report,” she says.

The five-day course will run from 18-22 November 2019 in Midrand at a cost of R16 500 excluding VAT. Find more information and register at https://www.continuitysa.com/event/iso-22301-lead-implementer-certified-training-2019-11-18/.
