Graeme Codrington
Graeme Codrington is a futurist and consultant, working with organisations around the world to assist them to identify and implement strategies in the transition from the information economy to the relationship economy. Together with two partners, he is involved in a consultancy known as TomorrowToday.biz (Note: pronounced 'Tomorrow Today dot biz'). He has addressed audiences around the world and is a sought after speaker in South Africa. He is a recognised world expert on generational theory, with a passion for the next generation. He is the co-author of the best selling book, 'Mind over money'. Graeme has four degrees, including a BComm (Accounts) from Wits and a Masters from UNISA. He is currently completing a PhD in Business Administration, majoring in leadership, future studies and strategy consulting. He has been married to Jane since 1991, and has two daughters, Amy and Hannah. He lives in Johannesburg with his family, his trumpet and his laptop computer.

C-Business, Lauron Buys
'Coaching for success'
Lauron is currently managing member of C-Business, a consultancy that focuses on leadership solutions through the application of coaching strategies and techniques that translate knowledge and skills into the workplace of its clients. As such Lauron is an executive and strategic business coach, programme developer, facilitator and ideapreneur. Lauron is also an accomplished speaker on various business and leadership issues. He taught for three years before returning to university to study law. After qualifying in 1981, he practiced law until 1994 when he gave up his law practice on being appointed as Garlicke and Bousfield's first managing partner. At the end of 1996 he decided to pursue a career in executive management in commerce joining Syfrets Private Bank as the regional manager for the KwaZulu-Natal region. In this capacity he also became involved in strategic management nationally and also took over the strategic human resources management of the Private Bank. He left this position in February 2001 to pursue personal interests. He has retained an interest in education for several years and has served in strategic positions on the Boards and Trusts of certain schools including a period of five years as chairman. He has been a member (and at times chairman) of the Judicial Commission for the Natal Rugby Union, SARFU and SANZAR since 1996.

Judge M.L. Mailula
Judge Mokgadi Lucy Mailula was born in Pietersburg (Polokwane) in the Limpopo Province and studied at the University of the North, where she obtained her B.Proc and LLB degrees. She was a state advocate in the North West Province and later an advocate in private practice before her appointment to the bench in 1995. She is the judge of the High Court, Witwatersrand Local Division. She is also the president of the South African Chapter of the International Association of Women Judges (IAWJ), chairperson of the Court of Military Appeals, an acting judge of the Competition Appeal Court, vice-chairperson of Standing Advisory Committee of the Company Law, chairperson of the University of the North Student Financial Aid Trust and member of the University of the North Council.

Chantell Ilbury
Chantell Ilbury is one of the few authorities in Southern Africa on scenario planning - the most effective form of business strategy in the new economy. She holds a BSc in Chemistry, a Post Graduate Higher Diploma in Education and an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town.
Chantell has also studied Strategic Negotiation at Harvard Business School in Boston. Together with Clem Sunter she is co-author of the best-selling book 'The mind of a fox - scenario planning in action', presently in its 13th print. As a scenario planning strategist and negotiator, Chantell has consulted both nationally and internationally; and is often called upon to address companies and multinationals on effective business practice under the challenges faced by uncertainty.
