Advanced security solution for high-risk areas

January 2024 Surveillance, Integrated Solutions

Secutel has developed advanced security solutions customised for high-risk environments. The need for a sophisticated intrusion detection system is paramount when faced with persistent security challenges, particularly in isolated battery rooms or high-risk areas prone to vandalism, cable theft, and battery theft.

While current security measures at these high-risk sites include perimeter fences and double-skin walls with armoured safe doors, the absence of an intrusion detection system is a critical gap. Secutel addresses this gap with a visual verification intrusion detection system, promptly notifying the command centre of security breaches at the outer perimeter and within the high-risk area.

Strategically positioned AI bullet cameras, integrated with the SecuVue cloud bridge device, capture snapshots for visual verification, triggering an armed response. Secutel deploys additional security measures inside the designated area, including VV cameras, dual-sensor anti-masking passive devices, and NoKey technology for personnel validation.

Further enhancing security, a Smoke Screen device in high-risk areas is a deterrent and an automatic response mechanism in double-knock intrusion events. This layer of protection can be manually activated from the command centre, offering operators flexibility and control.

Secutel's comprehensive solution addresses existing vulnerabilities and introduces cutting-edge technology to deter and respond effectively to potential threats. Through the integration of visual verification, cloud-based connectivity, and advanced security devices, Secutel provides an intelligent and robust security system designed for the unique challenges of securing high-risk environments.
