A single- or multi-user access control system, the IXP200 monitors 2000 tags across 16 doors. Suited for small to medium commercial and up-market residential applications, it can be used on any site requiring graphic monitoring, elevator control or building management. Including a database server, image editor and automatic backup, this latest version is deployed with Java 6 RE for platform stability and independence. The system has been validated for Microsoft Vista.

One feature is the option to install an editing workstation from the installation program. This feature allows the editing workstation to add, change or delete tagholder details and access groups but access to the other configurations is prohibited. A niche feature includes time and event trigger actions, facilitating building management tasks. Graphic representation of floor plans renders the site as a dynamic environment with realtime alarm and event reporting appearing iconically. A 'smart' system, IXP200 features card printing, alarm monitoring, tag programming and web-based reporting utilities, as well as a tagholder search function to pinpoint the last entry or exit point.
