Trexscan has released mobile biometric clock-in and scheduling software to eliminate buddy punching in the security industry. Trexscan runs as a web-based and mobile application that enables employees to clock in and out in line with their schedule using a mobile biometric scanner connected to any Android device. With employees’ clock in and out, companies can access the post sheet data in real time.
With live data sync and a seamless post sheet data, companies are able to manage critical payroll related functions through Trexscan’s payroll partners. The unified solution removes complex and inaccurate manual processing, improves administrative burden and reduces operating costs.
Trexscan is created with the aim to cater for small to medium-sized businesses, which will allow these businesses to use the technology being used by their larger counterparts, but with a smaller budget.
“Our main aims in developing Trexscan are to make sure that employees work their scheduled time, arrive on time, do not leave early, calculate total working hours including overtime, and enable companies to execute their payroll using Trexscan,” says Larry Kgatle, Trexscan communications manager.
The mobile application will be used by supervisors to enrol employees’ fingerprints, view employees’ schedules and post sheets. With the same mobile application, enrolled employees will be able to clock in and out. The mobile application is available on Google Play Store.
Trexscan is owned by Zartner Technology, a software development company.
