Uniview recently introduced its IPC568E-G 4K ultra HD SFP network box camera. This 12 MP camera can guarantee a 300 m straight run without the use of any extra switches or external hardware for this exceptional distance and with the consumer’s privacy in mind, the IPC568E-G gives you the option of masking up to four areas (such as your car licence plate) using the privacy mask function.
Using an IRC filter, this camera guarantees full time surveillance by switching between day/night mode seamlessly when the light drops below a certain level. The IPC568E-G filters out IR light during day mode so as to prevent colour distortion and during night mode the IRC filter is removed, allowing the camera’s light sensitivity to reach down to 0.
Image quality is also improved with HLC which can detect the strong spots and then reduces the brightness of the strong spots to improve the overall images; this allows the camera to capture vehicle licence plates by reducing overexposure as well as digital and optical defogging to ensure a clear and concise image. The IPC568E-G uses advanced H.265 to ensure a clearer image, saving bandwidth.
