OnGuard at the ESDA roadshow

OnGuard invites its customers to test their recently added time and attendance module. OnGuard has for many years been able to record staff attendance and the latest improvement adds biometric facial recording via dedicated wall mounted tablets. This improvement further adds to its integrated solution of guard management. Time sheets are quickly and easily accessible from the Internet. Control room staff are able to manage the staff site attendance remotely. The improvement takes advantage of the fact that many of its clients are already storing their staff employee data on their secure servers thereby allowing them to utilise their free ID card bureau service.

OnGuard will also be demonstrating Identiscan vehicle and personnel access control system at the ESDA roadshow in the Western Cape on 29 July 2015. The event will be held in Cape Town, at Riverclub, c/o Liesbeek Parkway & Observatory Road, Observatory. This is a morning only event that closes at 1 pm.

The soon to be enacted POPI act will require that personal data is kept private. This means that paper-based access control systems will need to be replaced with scanners which store data in a secure way. Identiscan achieves this at an affordable price.
