The South African Institute of Security (SAIS) has once again organised an exclusive, all-inclusive travel package for those wishing to visit IFSEC 2014 in London. Held at the ExCEL Centre in London for the first time, from the 17th to 19th JUNE 2014, the event promises to bring the full global security buying chain together.
The special offer from SAIS will see visitors leaving on Saturday 14th June from OR Tambo Airport on a Virgin flight directly to Heathrow, landing early Sunday morning when a luxury coach will take the group directly to the hotel. Accommodation has been arranged at the Premier Travel Inn (County Hall) for the duration of the event.
This hotel is situated on the River Thames and faces one of the most well known landmarks in the world – Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament – it is close to all forms of transport, tube, bus, train even boat.
SAIS will also provide a London Travel card valid from the Sunday until the group returns home. This will allow unlimited travel by tube, bus and train, as well as the Docklands Light Railway - and travel to the exhibition centre will also be free. The ticket will also allow visitors to go sightseeing on Monday the 16th, which is a free day as IFSEC 2014 starts on the 17th.
Visitors will leave London on the evening of the 19th June, to arrive back in South Africa early on Friday morning.
The cost of the whole trip, adjusted for the current exchange rate and assuming there are no price or tax increases before the event, is R27 500.
The SAIS package includes:
1. Return economy class airfare from Johannesburg
2. Four nights accommodation (single or double)
