G2 Security

1 June 2013 News & Events

G2 Security will be in Hall 2, Stand G19 where it will be bringing its new demo trailer into IFSEC, which hosts working displays of fire, CCTV and access control products. All products are set up and fully functional so you can touch and feel the working systems rather than just look at shiny brochures. G2 has networked fire panels demonstrating conventional and addressable interworking. These are also linked to the access control system which can activate fire reports and open fire doors. The latest ACTi cameras will be running on VUgarde NVR which is fully integrated into the TDSi access control so you can see who is accessing the doors. All the features normally written about integrated systems are actually up and running on our display.

The main reason G2 is exhibiting this year as it has an exciting new range of wireless fire detection products called FireCell from UK manufacturers EMS. These will be launching in June and will offer a hybrid of wired and wireless fire detection. The new wireless products will be fully operational on the stand so you can see for yourself how they work. Three international guests from EMS in the UK will be on the stand to answer visitors’ questions.
