Regal Distributors has announced the launch of a range of photoelectric strip beams suitable for outdoor and indoor use. The beam sets consist of a receiver and transmitter in slim line aluminium housings, IP55 rated with UV resistant lenses and ABS end caps. The comprehensive range includes strip beam sets in a 2, 4, 6 and 8 beam configurations in lengths varying between 37 cm and 1169 cm making it ideal for any application. Generating an alarm condition requires that two adjacent beams be interrupted. The strip beam is supplied with tamper switch protecting both the front cable terminations and back of the housing.
