Bloodhound Rover is an IP76 rated (crush, water, shock and dust proof) multi-purpose communications device. Rover is used to monitor duty personnel in real-time using GMS and RFID technology. It can work offline (when GSM signal and interactive communication is lost), continuing the monitoring and guided instruction of duties to staff while on duty. Uploading of the recorded data is immediate and automatically done when reception restores. Duties en-route can include simple interactive checklists for staff to complete.
Live detailed reporting is accessible 24/7/365 on the Observer software and e-mailed to supervisors daily. Rover also offers optional voice capabilities (cellphone/radio). The device has a 48-hour battery life, is equipped with an LED Torch and has an on board GPS functionality for Geo-mapping.
