Dahua’s DHI-HY-1301 addressable smoke detector connects to the addressable fire alarm control panel. Integrated with non-polarity two-wire and smoke sensors, this detector analyses ambient smoke concentration through an intelligent algorithm to trigger alarms.
When the smoke concentration has reached the alarm threshold, the addressable fire alarm control panel will confirm a fire alarm according to the received message sent from the detector, and the detector indicator will light simultaneously to indicate the alarm.
DHI-HY-1301 is suitable for industrial and civil buildings that have a great deal of smoke when a fire takes place, but there is no smoke under normal circumstances, such as hotels, learning institutions, offices, computer rooms, communication machine rooms, libraries and archives. It is unsuitable for places with a great deal of retained dust and water or mist, where steam and/or oil mist may be generated, and places with retained smoke under normal circumstances.
The DHI-HY-1301 has many features, and to make installation easier for customers, it supports two-wire installation and is polarity-free. It has a built-in microprocessor to ensure more stable performance and ultra-low power consumption.
