Trends in employee screening

iFacts recently completed its annual review of the past year’s employee screening statistics. The results, broken into two categories, are included in the images to the right. Of particular interest for potential employers are the social media statistics. Although one’s social media posts are personal opinions, history has shown that a wrong word can cause a company embarrassment and large sums of money for the sin of employing someone with an unpopular or politically incorrect opinion.
